I chose this hotel for attending a business assembly, and it provided every amenity I needed. The event facilities were excellent for our conference, providing a well-equipped space for our meetings and presentations.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and photocopying needs.

The pool area was very clean. The location was excellent, close to the Riverwalk, which is equally beautiful, other places of interest, and the Detroit Riverfront. The room was brand new. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the bathroom. I stayed here for a trip and would still consider staying here again.

Enjoyed staying here for a night with unique and soundproof rooms, friendly staff, a wonderful bar downstairs, and cool drinks available.

During my stay, the room I was in could have been cleaner, and it definitely needed some updates in terms of furniture. The double bed was comfy, and it was great that the room had heating. 🔥 However, a better cleaning and some new furniture would have made the room a lot nicer.

The picturesque waterfront location was mind-blowing, offering breathtaking views alongside a comfortable bed and an appealing lobby area with a mix of stylish decor. The room price was super affordable for the quality, providing a seriously awesome experience. The hotel also offered free wi-fi, car park, bar/lounge area, restaurant, fitness centre. a jaw-dropping and unexpectedly delightful stay!

The room was clean and had a cool, unique design. It had a TV, heating, and a nice balcony for chilling out. The location was awesome, just a quick 20-minute walk to The Z Lot, so convenient! We loved hanging out at the bar and restaurant here—it was a great spot for food and drinks. 🌟

My stay at Robert's Riverwalk Urban Resort Hotel was quite delightful. The hotel's convenient location near shops and the Guardian Building made it easy to explore the city. The on-site amenities, including the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center, provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The fireplace in the lobby added a cozy touch to the ambiance, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
My experience was marred by a few disappointments. I encountered some maintenance issues such as visible water damage, drafty windows, and a bathtub that didn't drain.

The room could be a bit cleaner; they should definitely amp up the furniture. It had a TV and a fold-out couch, but the bathroom could use some attention. 🧹
-
Greg
The room could benefit from a better cleaning and updated furniture, but it does offer a sofa bed for extra comfort.

Leo
The location in a very quiet area was particularly good and magnificent. There were a market and stores nearby.

The staff was mind-blowingly helpful! The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The place has a cute vibe and has potential to be a jaw-dropping place to stay if some updates are made. Although the restaurant was only open for breakfast, the free wi-fi and bar/lounge area were great perks. The fitness centre and swimming pool were a nice bonus. The flat-screen TVs in the rooms were a nice touch, and the lift made it easy to move around. a very satisfying stay.

A great location just a few minutes from Joseph Campau House, featuring soundproof rooms and a cozy sofa bed.
-
Donald
The pool was sparkling clean, I enjoyed refreshing cold drinks at the downstairs bar, and the overall ambiance was charming with a beautiful view of the river.

The staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet with comfy beds, but it needs updating. The location is great for downtown activities, and the river view is stunning. They host live jazz on Thursdays. As a Black-owned hotel, supporting it was important to me. Unfortunately, the room experience was inconsistent.
